What parts of the world is shipping available?
Indy Auto Racing ships parts to the continental United States.
Is there an in-store pick-up option?
Yes! If you are a customer located in the Greater Boston area, you may arrange to pick up your online order at our physical location in Peabody, MA. All online orders that are picked up in-store are free.
Which items or orders are eligible for free shipping?
Indy Auto Racing offers free shipping on all orders greater than $99 USD in value. This offer is automatically applied through the checkout!
What's the procedure for a return?
To initiate a return for an item, please contact us and describe the reason that you would like a refund.
What's the procedure for an exchange?
If you need an exchange, we are happy to help.
Does the customer need to use your packaging or can they use their own?
Original packaging is preferred for a return. If it is not available, customers may use their own packaging to return items.
Do they need to include the order slip?
Yes. Please include your order slip when packaging your return so that Indy Auto Racing can properly process your request. We require this information to verify the transaction and ensure that the proper party is compensated.
Is there a limited time frame in which a return or exchange can be completed?
Returns and exchanges on orders are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping - you or the customer?
Although Indy Auto Racing is happy to extend free shipping on most orders, we do ask customers returning merchandise to cover the shipping cost.
Are there certain items ineligible for a return?
Products that have been installed or damaged are generally ineligible for returns.
Are items subject to a restocking fee?
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
